They’ll pop up in various levels throughout the game in campaign and multiplayer mode. Here are a few locations. “Blackout”: Prior to finding Nikolai, you should see a teddy bear in an abandoned room. “Aftermath”: The bears were apparently given up by the children in Pripyat after the 1986 Chernobyl meltdown. It shows that civilians were killed in the explosion and that USMCs were present within a populated area. “Ultimatum”: It’s in the building where you rescue Griggs. Look in the bottom floor of that building. “Heat”: Look in a drainage ditch. The teddy bear also shows up in multiplayer levels including “Bloc”, “Overgrown” and “Chinatown”.
