You’ll find a bear stuck to the wall courtesy of a knife in its head. The bear is in the bathroom of the house where you cover DSM. In "Exodus" check the Arcadia fountain for a bear within. "No Russian" has a store filled with bears. There’s also a smaller dark brown bear present there.

Teddy Bear on Hornets Nest

3 Teddy Bears on this level. A hidden teddy bear is revealed upon wrecking a certain TV set. In the area where you first enter this mission look to the far right and notice some plants barricading an alley that is hidden. Accessing this alleyway will take you to a 2nd teddy bear with a Porter Justice poster and a kid’s drawing on it. The 3rd bear near the level’s end. It’s where you leap for the copter, but miss. The bear is located in a rear alley behind the building where you make that leap.
